Failure Cause Analysis
When the Bluetooth status indicator on the device screen displays “Closed,” it indicates that the Bluetooth module has been disabled by the system. The device will be unable to perform Bluetooth pairing, data transfer, audio connection, or similar operations.

This error is typically caused by system configuration changes that inadvertently disable Bluetooth functionality. The feature can be restored to an enabled state via the factory settings interface.
Solution
Step 1: Enter the device Settings interface and select the Factory Settings option.
Step 2: On the authentication interface, enter the authorization password: 070305 to complete the permission verification.
Step 3: After entering the factory settings, locate the “BT”option under the Function category.
Step 4: Check the “BT” option to enable the Bluetooth module and exit factory settings.
Step 5: Return to the device's Bluetooth main interface to verify the function status: At this point, the Bluetooth status will update to “Normal and Available,” and the “Closed” indicator will disappear.
