3.Solutions
1.Resolution Settings
1.1.Enter the device menu: Setup → Car Settings → Original Car's Screen Resolution.
1.2.From the resolution list, select the corresponding parameter based on your vehicle's system version and the physical size of the original screen.
1.3.Save the settings and return to the OEM interface to verify if the display returns to normal.
1.4.If you are unsure of your vehicle system or screen size, it is recommended to test all available resolutions one by one until the display works correctly.
2.Resolution Settings
If none of the resolution options resolve the display issue, inspect the vehicle's hardware wiring:
2.1.Fiber-optic cable inspection: Verify whether the vehicle is equipped with a fiber-optic cable. If so, complete the fiber-optic connection.
2.2.ISO Wiring Harness Check: Verify that the Linux ISO wiring harness is fully seated. Due to the compact design of the Linux ISO harness, the original CD host interface and ISO line interface are prone to poor contact; it is recommended to replug the connection once to ensure a reliable link.

2.Ensure the device is powered off when inspecting wiring to prevent short circuits or hardware damage.
