After purchasing a product from the official PEMP online store, how can I check the shipping status and delivery information for my order?
2.Operation Steps
2.1 Visit the Official Store
Open your device’s browser, enter the official store URL exactly as shown in the address bar: www.pempcar.com, and press Enter to go to the PEMP Official Store homepage.
2.2 Open the Account menu
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner of the page to open the menu.
2.3 Account Login and Registration
For existing users: Click the Log in option and enter your account credentials to complete the login process.
For new users: Select the registration function, enter your email address and click Continue. Input the six-digit verification code sent to your email by the system, then click Submit to finish the registration.
2.4 Go to Account Center
After logging in, click the menu icon in the upper-left corner again, select the “Welcome to Your Account” option, and go to the account management interface.
2.5 Track Shipping Information
On the account screen, tap the order image in the middle to view the order status.
If the package has not been shipped: the interface will show the Confirmed status.
If the package has been shipped: the interface will display the corresponding logistics tracking number. Click the tracking number to jump to the logistics query page, and you can view the complete logistics track by entering the number.

3.2 Please use an email address you check regularly when registering so that you can receive verification codes and order notifications in a timely manner.
