1.Problem Description
After installing the upgraded large screen, some users may notice a static image displayed on the right side of the original vehicle system interface when switching to it, and raise questions about this phenomenon.
2. Issue Clarification
This is NOT a product defect, but a dedicated optimization design to ensure the display quality of the original vehicle system. The specific principle is as follows:
There is a significant difference in size and resolution between the original factory screen of the vehicle and the aftermarket PEMP large screen. If the original vehicle interface is directly stretched to full screen to fit the large screen, it will cause problems such as distorted images, blurred icons, and aspect ratio mismatch, which will seriously affect the user experience.
Therefore, we added a static placeholder image to the right area of the large screen, while keeping the original vehicle interface in its original aspect ratio and clarity. This design avoids image stretching and distortion, and at the same time, fully presents all functions and operation logic of the original vehicle system, without affecting the normal use of any original vehicle functions.
