This issue is not caused by a hardware malfunction; it is due to the system's automatic AUX switching mechanism being triggered.
2.Solutions
Disable the automatic AUX switching function
1. Go to the PEMP screen settings menu, locate “Factory Settings,” and enter the password “190627.”
2. Select “Vehicle” and locate “AUX Switching Modes.”
3. Select “Manual.”
