1.USB Device Compatibility Specification
1.1 Hardware capacity limitations
Only USB flash drives with a capacity of 32GB or less are supported.
Note: USB flash drives with a capacity exceeding 32GB (such as 64GB, 128GB, etc.) will not be recognized by the system. We recommend using USB flash drives from reputable brands with a capacity of 32GB or less.
1.2 File System Limitations
If used for system or software updates, the drive must be formatted as FAT32.
1.3 Multimedia File Specifications & Limitations
Music files: Only MP3 format is supported; other audio formats such as FLAC, WAV, and AAC cannot be decoded by the system.
Video files: Only MP4 format is supported, and the maximum resolution must not exceed
720p.

2.Troubleshooting Steps
If the screen does not respond or the content does not play after connecting the USB drive, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Step 1: Check the USB drive's hardware specifications
Ensure the USB drive's capacity does not exceed 32GB.
Verify that the USB drive's file system is FAT32 (you can right-click on the drive on your computer to view its properties).
Try using a known-working USB drive or USB cable to rule out hardware damage.
Step 2: Check the specifications of your media files
Music files must be converted to MP3 format; avoid using other audio codecs.
Video files must be in MP4 format, with a resolution no higher than 720p.
Step 3: Restart the device
Try unplugging the USB drive, then plugging it back in, and check to see if a device recognition prompt appears on the screen.
