1.Problem Description

My car only supports Bluetooth calls natively and does not support Bluetooth music playback. After installing the PEMP screen, can I get CarPlay audio via the original car Bluetooth?

2.Compatibility Conclusion

Answer: Not supported.

To output CarPlay audio (including music, navigation prompts, media sounds, etc.) via the vehicle's original factory Bluetooth, the vehicle's original Bluetooth module must support Bluetooth audio streaming.

Vehicles that only support Bluetooth calls do not have this hardware function, and this issue cannot be resolved by installing a PEMP screen.

3.Recommended Audio Output Solutions

If your vehicle only supports Bluetooth calls, you can achieve CarPlay audio output through the following method:

AUX Audio Cable Direct Connection

Connect the PEMP screen directly to the vehicle's original AUX input port.

This completely bypasses the vehicle's Bluetooth system, providing a stable, high-quality wired solution.

It supports audio output for all CarPlay functions.
