1.Problem Description

Some users have reported that after installing the in-vehicle screen, audio is only output from one side of the vehicle's speakers. This issue is primarily caused by two factors: the AUX cable not being connected, and the fiber optic cable not being properly routed to our ISO wiring harness. Below is the standardized troubleshooting and solution guide.

2.Solution

1.Transition the fiber optic cable

Some vehicle models use optical fiber to transmit audio signals. If the connection is not properly adapted, it may cause abnormal audio signal transmission, resulting in sound coming from only one side.

1.Check whether the vehicle is equipped with fiber-optic cablesOn the vehicle's OEM ISO harness, locate the OEM fiber optic cable (typically a 2-pin green cable)

2.Disconnect the fiber-optic cable from the original vehicle wiring harness and connect it to the corresponding connector on the screens ISO harness.

2.AUX Cable Connection

1.Connect the audio cable plug to the AUDIOOUT connector on the ISO harness.

2. Run the audio cable through the center console.

3.Plug the other end of the audio cable into the car's AUX input port.
