1.Problem Description
Some Mercedes-Benz owners have reported that after installing a Linux-based in-car display, the rearview camera either does not display, shows distorted images, or displays error messages when reversing. This issue is not caused by a hardware malfunction; in the vast majority of cases, it results from an incorrect camera type configuration in the system and can be quickly resolved with a simple adjustment.
2.Setup Steps
1.From the main screen, tap Settings → Car Settings → Reverse Settings → Camera Type
2.Select “Original Camera” from the list.
3. Once the configuration is complete, restart the in-car system to verify that the backup camera is working properly.
