1.Problem Description
Some customers have reported that when using a Linux screen, there is no audio output after connecting to CarPlay, although the radio functions work normally. This issue is typically caused by incorrect audio channel settings and can be resolved by following the steps below.
2.Solution (AUX Audio Channel Mode)
1. Cable Connections
Please complete the installation and wiring of the AUX cable first. For wiring instructions, please refer to the official demonstration video:https://youtu.be/OWd1L4ew2BE?si=qFgyFiey3A-zTEFN
1.Connect the audio cable plug to the AUDIO OUT connector on the ISO harness.

2.Feed the audio cable through the center console.
3.Plug the other end of the audio cable into the car's AUX-in port
3.System Setup Steps
1.Go to the main screen, then open Setup - System
2.Find the “Use Car's BT Channel” option and turn it off

3.Go to the OEM interface, navigate to Multimedia -External Devices, and set Multimedia Mode to AUX Front.
4.Once the setup is complete, reconnect CarPlay, and the audio should play normally.
